Different sectors break in different places.

A retailer's worst day is a payment gateway failure during a sale. A manufacturer's is a dispatch record nobody can find. A clinic's is a patient list on an unencrypted laptop. Here is how we approach the sectors we work with most, and what we typically build for each.

Retail, Trading & D2C

Fast-moving stock, thin margins and customers who leave if checkout takes three seconds too long. The technology has to be reliable during exactly the two weeks a year when it matters most.

  • E-commerce stores with Indian payment gateways and COD rules
  • Billing and inventory software with GST-compliant invoicing
  • Marketplace and shipping partner integrations
  • Festival-season capacity planning and load testing
  • Google Shopping, Meta catalogue and retargeting campaigns

Manufacturing & Industrial

Production data usually lives in three registers, two spreadsheets and one person's memory. Making it visible is normally worth more than any new machine on the floor.

  • Production, batch and job-work tracking systems
  • Dispatch, gate-pass and e-way bill record keeping
  • Vendor and purchase order portals
  • Shop-floor network, Wi-Fi and CCTV infrastructure
  • Company website and product catalogue for buyers

Healthcare & Clinics

Patient information carries a duty of care that ordinary business data does not. Everything we build here starts from access control and ends with an audit trail.

  • Clinic and hospital websites with doctor profiles
  • Appointment booking with reminders over SMS and WhatsApp
  • Patient record systems with role-based access and logs
  • Encrypted backups and DPDP-aligned data handling
  • Local SEO so nearby patients actually find you

Education & Coaching

Admission season is three weeks of chaos followed by eleven months of record keeping. Systems built for that rhythm save an enormous amount of staff time.

  • School, college and coaching institute websites
  • Online admission forms with document upload
  • Fee tracking, receipts and outstanding reports
  • Learning portals for notes, tests and results
  • Computer lab setup, networking and AMC

Real Estate & Construction

Leads are expensive and perishable. Most losses happen not in the ad account but in the twenty minutes it takes someone to return a call.

  • Project microsites with floor plans and location maps
  • Lead capture connected directly to a CRM with alerts
  • Site visit scheduling and follow-up reminders
  • Virtual walkthroughs and 3D render presentation
  • Google and Meta lead campaigns with call tracking

Logistics & Transport

Customers ask two questions — where is it, and when will it arrive. Every system we build for this sector is judged on how quickly your desk staff can answer them.

  • Consignment booking and tracking portals
  • Driver apps with delivery proof and photo capture
  • Route, trip and fuel expense reporting
  • Customer notification over SMS and WhatsApp
  • Offline-capable data capture that syncs later

Professional Services

Chartered accountants, lawyers, consultants and agencies live on documents and deadlines. Confidentiality and version control matter more than anything decorative.

  • Firm websites with credibility-focused content
  • Secure client document portals
  • Task, deadline and compliance calendars
  • Time tracking and billing tools
  • Email security and encrypted backups

Government Suppliers & Institutions

Selling to departments and PSUs means your paperwork is inspected before your product is. A clean, verifiable web presence is part of the qualification.

  • Corporate websites carrying CIN, GSTIN and contact details as required
  • Product and specification catalogues for tender documentation
  • Accessible, standards-aware page structure
  • Document management for tender and compliance files
  • Reliable hosting with uptime records
Whatever the sector

Six problems we are called about most.

If any of these sound like your week, the conversation is usually short and the fix is usually cheaper than you expect.

“Our developer stopped replying”

We take over abandoned websites and applications — recovering access, auditing the code, documenting what exists and getting you back in control of your own assets.

“The site is slow and nobody finds us”

A performance and SEO audit, then the technical fixes: hosting, caching, image handling, page structure and the content that search engines and customers both need.

“Everything is in Excel”

We turn shared spreadsheets into a proper application with user accounts, permissions, validation and reports — usually starting with the one sheet that causes the most arguments.

“We got hacked”

Containment first, then clean-up, restoration from backup, root-cause analysis and the hardening that stops it happening again. Response support is available outside office hours.

“Nobody knows where the backup is”

An inventory of what data exists and where, followed by an automated backup design with off-site copies and a tested restore procedure in writing.

“We spend on ads and see nothing”

Tracking set up correctly first, then a rebuild of campaigns and landing pages around the keywords and audiences that actually convert for your business.

Getting started

A typical first ninety days.

For clients who take us on across several services, this is roughly how the first quarter goes. Smaller single-service projects finish much faster.

Audit → stabilise → build → hand over

Weeks 1–2 — Audit

We document every system, licence, account, device and risk you currently have. You get a written picture of your own IT — often for the first time — with costs and gaps marked.

Weeks 2–4 — Stabilise

Fix the urgent items first: backups running, security holes closed, expired licences renewed, hosting made reliable. Low cost, high impact, done before anything new is built.

Weeks 4–10 — Build

The main project — website, application or migration — designed, approved, developed and tested, with a staging link you can check at any time.

Weeks 10–13 — Launch and hand over

Go live, train your team, transfer credentials and documentation, and move into a support or AMC arrangement so the system stays maintained.
