Who we are

This website is operated by Gemify Innotech Private Limited, 17/337 Kalyan Puri, Delhi – 110091 (“Gemify”, “we”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms:

Enquiry form: name, organisation, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
Partner form: company details, GSTIN (optional), website, areas of work, and the contact person’s name, designation, email and phone.
Career form: name, contact details, experience, city, notice period, profile link, your resume and any note you add.

We also keep a one-way encrypted fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type for a short time to stop spam and abuse. We cannot reverse the fingerprint back into your IP address.

Why we use it

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, evaluate a partnership, assess a job application, and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Each form asks for your consent before it can be sent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@gemifyinnotech.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we will then delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Form submissions are stored in an encrypted form (AES-256) on servers located with our hosting provider, and resumes are encrypted before they are saved. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorised staff with individual passwords. Emails with your submission are sent over encrypted connections to our company mailbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and partner requests: up to 24 months after our last communication, unless they lead to a contract.
Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future openings. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Records tied to a contract or invoice are kept for the period required by tax and company law.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website and email (our hosting and email provider), under confidentiality obligations, or where a law, court or government authority requires it. If you ask for a product quote, we may share your organisation name with the brand to register project pricing — we tell you before we do this.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct, complete or update it;
erase it, where we no longer need it;
nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to info@gemifyinnotech.in with the reference number from your confirmation email. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie (gi_sid) that keeps forms secure against forgery. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page loads from Google only if you choose to show it; Google’s own privacy policy then applies.

Grievance officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@gemifyinnotech.in or by post at 17/337 Kalyan Puri, Delhi – 110091. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days.
